On Saturday, November 29, 2025, I called customer service to order pizza and wings. The representative I spoke with was extremely rude and abruptly told me there were no specials when I asked. I went ahead and placed my order anyway and then went to the Popular Pizza location on Hespler Road in Cambridge to pick it up. When I arrived, I spoke with Harman and explained what had happened. She was very upset to hear how I had been treated over the phone and genuinely felt bad about the situation. Harman went above and beyond to fix the issue, changed my order, and provided outstanding service. This Popular Pizza location is very lucky to have her. She truly represents the Popular Pizza slogan: “Popular can’t be Pop ‘U’ lar without ‘U’!” But I’d add—Popular Pizza Cambridge can’t be Pop “U” lar without Harman!

Great staff, great food and a lovely atmosphere. I really enjoyed my pizza from them and would recommend everyone who wants to try authentic indian styled pizza to try it from them.

I ordered the pizza for free as an offer june 30 to july 2 2024, free pizza medium toppings 1 and that will be either cheese or pepperoni . Amazing , customer service is amazing as well as the pizza. Hands off to the chef.
